Before public release, the owner must provide the legal entity, service scope, content responsibility, fees, and dispute terms. This placeholder must not be published.
User responsibility
Users must hold valid authorization for the media, accounts, and digital assets they submit and distribute. Users remain responsible for every final publishing action.
Service boundary
Content Matrix executes published workflow contracts and organization permissions. It does not promise uninterrupted availability from external platforms, artificial intelligence providers, or networks, and it does not silently switch providers.
Release blocker
The owner must approve final terms and replace this notice before release. Without final terms, the site is limited to controlled internal acceptance.
